Ordering
Broilers are produced in weekly batches and processed for pick up on Saturdays. They range from 3.5 to 5.5 lbs each and sell for $3.00/lb dressed weight. Please specify how many birds you want and your preffered batch date. If that date becomes sold out, we will contact you so you can pick an alternate.Turkeys are produced for processing the Saturday before Thanksgiving and Christmas They range from 12 to 30 lbs dressed and sell for $3.75/lb
